Can a candidate be tested on a polygraph?
Yes, with their voluntary written consent. Refusing an examination does not in itself indicate truthfulness, deception or involvement.
What is asked in a pre-employment screening?
Facts that directly relate to the purpose of the check and the terms of the job: previous experience, handling of property and money, accuracy of the information provided. Topics are agreed with you in advance.
How long does one person's examination take?
Two or three people can be examined properly in one day.
How much does it cost?
From 3,000 UAH per person; a discount from three people. On-site visit to a company in Chernivtsi at no extra charge.
